Balloon & Backdrop Info + Policies
Hey there! 👋 I proudly serve Jefferson County and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my usual service area.
Fridays & Saturdays are reserved exclusively for Backdrop/Balloon Installs with a minimum booking of $475. Need something more budget-friendly? Check out our GRAB & GO Garlands starting at $25/linear ft for classic garlands, and $150 for custom foam boards!!

Important Event & Setup Info ⏰🎈
Park or Pool setups are not recommended due to how weather affects balloons (heat, wind, humidity, etc.). It can shorten their lifespan. Indoors is recommended.
Deposit & Payment Policies:
I require a 50% deposit to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date if discussed with me advance.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to your event. If not received, the event will be canceled.
I accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and checks/cash. Taxes will be added to all transactions.
Booking & Time Management ⏰✨
I only book 2-3 events per weekend to ensure each one gets the attention it deserves! Please be on time for your scheduled setup. If you're 15+ minutes late, I’ll reach out. If I can't get a hold of you, I may have to move on to my next event. Events must have a set end time to ensure everything runs smoothly for all my clients.
Weather & Outdoor Events 🌦️🎈
Weather can be tricky—heat, wind, rain can impact how balloons hold up. Here’s the scoop:
Heat: Balloons (especially dark/chrome colors) may pop or start to oxidize, which causes them to look more matte. All balloons exposed to elements develop a flat look.
Wind: I’ll recommend the best spot, usually near a wall or sheltered area.
Rain: Please monitor the forecast and reach out if you need an indoor setup.
Note: If the weather/natural disaster negatively impacts the setup, I cannot revisit your event to fix it, as I may have other commitments that day. Deposits are non-refundable in case of weather-related changes.
